By car, A 40
Exit Essen-Frillendorf (AS 26) Frillendorfer Straße towards Katernberg/Stoppenberg follow the signs for » «Zollverein« Turn right into Ernestinenstraße towards Stoppenberg After approximately 2 km turn right into Gelsenkirchener Straße (follow the signs for »Ruhrtriennale«) After approximately 1,3 km turn left into Fritz-Schupp-Allee Turn right into the road Arendahls Wiese (follow the signs for »Kokerei C« then then »Kokerei P C«. Car park »C« on the right.

By car, A 42
Exit Gelsenkirchen-Heßler (15), Terneddenstraße towards Essen-Katernberg, continue straight ahead along the Schalker Straße, continue straight ahead Katernberger Straße, Continue straight ahead to the Schonnebeckhöfe Straße. 600 m after railway underpass turn right into the Bullmannaue (follow the signs for »Kokerei P C«) Then turn right into the Haldenstraße (then Arendahls Wiese) Car Park »Kokerei Zollverein C« on the left.

Sat Nav - Longitude/Latitude: N 51° 29` 25`` E 7° 2` 25``.

Traffic Information - Complete road blockage expected on A 40 between Essen-Huttrop and Essen-Zentrum in summer 2012. Check out current traffic conditions (www.strassen.nrw.de).

Public Transit - From Essen Hbf (U-Bahnhof) Line 107 (Direction »Gelsenkirchen Hbf«), as far as the stop »Kapitelwiese«. Cross the Gelsenkirchener Straße, turn left into Fritz-Schupp-Allee, turn left into Arendahls Wiese, turn right onto the area of the Kokerei (Gate 3), straight ahead for 300 m. The Salzlager venue is on the right, approx 15 min. walk.  

- From Essen Zollverein Nord BF, on Schonnebeckhöfe left (follow signs »Fußweg Zollverein «), turn right onto Bullmannaue, then immediately right into Haldenstraße (later Arendahls Wiese), after 500 metres turn right onto Kokerei (gate 3), 300 metres straight ahead, then you will find on your right hand side Salzlager, approx 15 min. walk.
