Chen Reiss

Soprano Chen Reiss performed at the Vienna State Opera, Bavarian State Opera, Théâtre des Champs- Élysées, Teatro alla Scala, Semperoper Dresden, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Wiener Festwochen and Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. Accompanied by the Berlin Philharmonic and Sir Simon Rattle, Chen Reiss sang the soundtrack to the film Das Parfum.

A frequent soloist at important concert venues worldwide, Chen Reiss sang with distinguished conductors such as Daniel Barenboim, Daniele Gatti, Marek Janowski, Zubin Mehta and Donald Runnicles. She performed concerts at the Salzburg, Ludwigsburg and Lucerne Festivals, as well as in Carnegie Hall and Vienna's Musikverein. Other concert appearances include: Staatskapelle Berlin, Gewandhausorchester Leipzig, Munich Philharmonic, RSO Berlin, Orchestre de Paris, Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg, Pittsburgh Symphony, Concerto Köln and the Israel Philharmonic.

On her new solo album, LIAISONS, which recently won the Diapason D'or, she sings arias by Mozart, Haydn, Cimarosa and Salieri, accompanied by baroque ensemble L'arte del mondo (Werner Ehrhardt).
