Sue Buckmaster
Sue is the Artistic Director of Theatre-Rites and fourth generation of theatre practitioners in her family. She is a director, puppetry specialist and teacher. Sue has worked with many companies including the National Theatre, RSC, Young Vic, Sadler's Wells, South Bank Centre and Complicite. Her most recent work outside Theatre-Rites is head of puppetry for the acclaimed Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens. Sue has created eight theatre and eight site-specific shows for Theatre-Rites. Her most recent site-specific show was Salt, for the 2008 RuhrTriennale Festival.
