Scuba
Paul Rose alias Scuba is one of the most influential figures in the world of dubstep. As the head of the London label Hotflush Recordings, he has released the work of Benga, Shackleton and Joy Orbison. He is also one of the people behind Sub:stance, a party with artists like Mala, D-Bridge, Scion and Kode9 in the Berlin club Berghain. Under the name Scuba he produces an intricate form of dubstep reflecting his eclectic tastes and technical skill. His DJ sets embrace a wide range of sounds from experimental to straight dubstep.
