Maren Eggert
completed her training as an actor at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule in Munich. She has performed at the Schauspielhaus Bochum and the Thalia Theater in Hamburg and has been a permanenet member of the acting company at the Deutsches Theater in Berlin since 2009. Maren Eggert is familiar to television viewers from the ‘Tatort’ in Kiel and numerous television films including ‘Die Frau am Ende der Straße’ (director: Claudia Garde). Her cinema films include ‘Das Experiment’. This year she can be seen on the big screen in ‘Orly’ (director: Angela Schanelec). Maren Eggert has received a number of awards including the Boy Gobert Prize of the Görber Stiftung, the Ulrich Wildgruber Prize for Young Actors and the Critics Prize in the television category from the German Critics Association.
