Christof Hetzer
Christof Hetzer was born in Salzburg and studied with Erich Wonder in the Masterclass for Stage and Costume Design at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. He has worked as a freelance stage and costume designer since 2001 at theatres including the Schaubühne Berlin, Theater Bremen, Theater der Stadt Köln, Theater Heidelberg, Oper Frankfurt, Nationaltheater Mannheim and the Vlaamse Oper Antwerpen. He has worked with directors such as Constanze Macras, Christian Stückl, Hans Neuenfels, Pierre Audi and Guy Joosten. He has collaborated particularly closely with David Hermann, with whom he has realised projects which include Sing für mich, Tod at the Ruhrtriennale 2009, L'heure Espagnol / La vida breve at Oper Frankfurt and Die lustigen Weiber von Windsor at the Musiktheater im Revier.
