Appleblim
Dubsteppa Laurie 'Appleblim' Osbourne was born in Derby and following numerous moves reached London in 1994 where he became bassist with the experimental rock band The Monsoon Bassoon. His time in London was strongly influenced by pirate radio until 2002. When The Monsoon Bassoon’s drummer left for family reasons, the band broke up. Appleblim went to Bath University in 2003 to study Music Technology which changed his life fundamentally. His music sounds heavy and metallic. He ran the label Skull Disco together with Shackleton and ultimately founded his own label Apple Pips.
