Neville Tranter

Neville Tranter founded Stuffed Puppet Theatre in Australia in 1976. Since then he has come to live and work near Amsterdam. He is one of the world’s best known puppeteers. Neville Tranter appears regularly as a guest lecturer at all Europe’s major puppetry academies as a specialist in life-size puppets.

His production of Schicklgruber featured in the 2004 RuhrTriennale as a collaboration with FIDENA, and in 2006 he was resident Artist-Professor at the children’s theatre academy.
