Fabrizio Cassol

Fabrizio Cassol is a jazz-saxophonist, composer, arranger as well as founder and conductor of the band Aka Moon, named after a tribe of pygmies with whom Cassol lived for a time. In 1998 the band was nominated Best European Band by Belgian radio-audiences. Fabrizio Cassol teaches improvisation at the Rijksmusikacademie in Etterbeek.  He wrote the music to Alain Platel’s vsprs.
