Stadthalle Wuppertal

The Historical Town Hall on Johannisberg is one of the most important sights of the city of Wuppertal. It was built in 1900 on the initiative of citizens and entrepreneurs of the city. Reopened in 1995 after five years of renovation, the building today combines the chic charm of the last turn of the century with the technology and functionality of the 21st century and is one of the most renowned event venues in Europe. The heart of the eight halls is the multifunctional Great Hall with a capacity of up to 1,500 seats, which impresses with its astonishing acoustics.
