Netiquette for the Ruhrtriennale's social media appearances
- Respect: Where many people come together, different opinions also meet. Please remain polite even in heated discussions. The same manners apply as in non-digital space.
- Art cannot and will not always please. The free exchange of opinions, information and ideas as well as critical examination of our productions is expressly desired. Contributions that defame, insult, discriminate against, attack or violate the dignity of individuals or groups will not be tolerated and will be deleted. This is to create a basis for enriching discussions for all.
- Contributions that violate the law applicable in Germany or other regulations binding the Kultur Ruhr GmbH will be documented by us and, if necessary, reported.
- By actively using the Ruhrtriennale's social media sites, you acknowledge the above rules as the basis for an open exchange.
Reaction times: As a rule, inquiries will be answered as quickly as possible during normal office hours.
We look forward to stimulating dialogues and a constructive exchange with you,
the Ruhrtriennale team
