Vittoria Moa Lenz

Vittoria Moa Lenz is a social scientist and an aspiring cultural manager. Since 2008 she has worked for a range of theatres and festivals in North Rhine-Westphalia and neighbouring countries as a production assistant and artist liaison officer, for example at the Grillo Theater Essen, KJT Dortmund, Staatsoper Bozen and Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen. Her final degree thesis examined the socio-cultural memory of southern Italy and how this is expressed in its photography. Since Stefanie Carp became artistic director, she has worked for the Junge Triennale, being responsible in 2018 for production management of the performance by the company of young artists Mit Ohne Alles and subsequently worked as project assistant on the youth project #nofear. She is particularly interested in the formation and reflection of cultural processes and is presently researching this topic for her master thesis at the University of Witten-Herdecke.
