Willi Bopp

Sound

Willi Bopp, born in 1964 in Frankfurt/Main, started working as a sound engineer at the Künstlerhaus Mousonturm in 1989. As head of the sound department at Theater am Turm, he was responsible for productions by, amongst others, Michael Simon, The Wooster Group and Reza Abdoh. Since 1995, he has worked as an independent sound designer/composer, collaborating with many artists including Charlotte Engelkes, Saburo Teshigawara, Heiner Goebbels and Diamanda Galas.
