Kat Frankie / Woods of Birnam in concert

Kat Frankie’s ornate pop songs offer a generous abundance of riches, complex rhythms and catchy melodies. After excursions into the realms of anti-folk, the Sydney-born musician, songwriter and producer’s current album Bad Behaviour marks something of a return to the music of her youth – to R’n’B and soul. The Berlin-based artist is supported by the indie pop band Woods of Birnam, consisting of the musician and actor Christian Friedel plus four musicians from the band Polarkreis 18, who will play their album Grace.
