Since 2010 the contemporary literature magazine ‘Richtungsding’ has published short pieces by first time German writers and organized readings within the Ruhr region. Three audience favourites present their work at the Ruhrtriennale for the first time.
Their short stories, poems and literary miniatures provoke curiosity about the magazine which has now reached ten highly influential issues, ranging from ‘North’ to ‘Backwards’ and from ‘Every direction’ to its current competition ‘Rocket’.
