Thomas Walker studied at The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and with Ryland Davies at the Royal College of Music.
Future plans include Rameau “Zoroastre” in a new Barrie Kosky production at the Komische Oper Berlin conducted by Christian Curnyn; Purcell “Fairy Queen” with Stuttgart Opera; Monostatus Mozart “Die Zauberflöte” at Theater an der Wien with René Jacobs; Beethoven “Missa Solemnis” and Evangelist “St John Passion” on tours with the Orchestra of the 18th Century and Daniel Reuss; Birtwistle “The Last Supper” with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and Martyn Brabbins; “Messiah” with the St Paul Chamber Orchestra and Paul McCreesh; Eumete in Monteverdi “Il Ritorno d’Ulisse” in Patria on a European tour with Jacobs and a recording of works by Charpentier with Arcangelo.
