Inga Hákonardóttir

Inga Huld Hákonardóttir is an Icelandic artist living and working in Belgium. She studied dance at the National Ballet School of Iceland, Palucca Hochschule fur Tanz, and P.A.R.T.S.
Inga has created her own works with Rósa Ómarsdóttir (“The Valley” and “Wilhelm
Scream”) and Kathryn Vickers (“Slogan For Modern Times”) all of which have been shown extensively in Belgium, Germany, Iceland and France. She has collaborated in creations with the music ensembles ICTUS and GAME (“Ballet Mekanique”), directed by Tom Pauwels, choreographer Salva Sanchis (“Islands and Radical Light”) and Eleanor Bauer (“Meyoucycle”).
In the fall of 2016 Inga will premiere a creation made with Rósa Ómarsdóttir for Icelandic Dance company and she will start a new collaboration with Kathryn Vickers and Rebecka Stillmann.
