Alicia Amo

Alicia Amo obtains her Master degree with G.Türk at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis with Honours and takes part in Operastudios with R.Jacobs and A.Zedda.
She is winner of the Manhattan International Competition, the Francesco Provenzale International Competition, the residence at Festival d’Ambronay and is finalist at the Tenerifa Opera International Competition and the Concours International Clermont-Ferrand.
As soloist she performs several Operas and Oratorios with Café Zimmermann, Zürcher Kammerorchester, La Cetra Basel, Le Parlement de Musique, Baroque Orchestra of Seville, Al Ayre Español, Pygmalion, etc. conducted by T.Koopman, A.Marcon, J.Cohen, R.Alessandrini, R.Pichon, E.Onofri and Marchi among others. Alicia also teaches historical singing at the Universities of Burgos and Murcia.
